Dr. Mister Senior is a retired brain surgeon who has a quest for infinite knowledge and domination of the world (in no particular order). He is one of the elite Legendary Villains. He never battles Gammaman directly, but has had his hand in several major events.

- Harnessing brain power as a viable form of electrical power
- Discovering how to channel mind-force into a physical force (otherwise known as Telekinesis or Psychokinesis)

- Creating a spinoff of Eye Beams that derives its power from the proud, arrogant parts of the brain, appropriately called Ego Beams

He has a son, Dr. Mister Jr. His son, unlike daddy, works to stop his father and often aids the Legendary Heroes.
