Scourge is an mutated cyborg alien virus from the planet XYZ.foo, and a feared Legendary Villain. He has never been defeated yet, and is considered one of the most powerful Villains. In fact, rumor says that Maximo, Dr. Mister Sr., and Herpes Man plan to team up with the Legendary Heroes to bring Scourge down.
Scourge and Nammamag are the only villains with Real Ultimate Power.
