CATS is a cosmic tyrant from A.D. 2101, who arrived on earth in A.D. 2005 after Myrna the Marauderess stole his power suit for her own diabolical purposes. He is most known for his famous all your base are belong to us speech he gave to the Captain in A.D. 2101.
Here and Now
CATS has since given up on trying to take over all our base, and is instead friends with Nemesis and Ragnarok, as well as administrator of Baseclub, a forum that is almost inactive.

CATS has been in several fights:

- A fight against Teh myrnaxx0r in A.D. 20X6
- Another fight against Myrna the Marauderess in A.D. 2060 (as his Neo Hero counterpart Stronger CATS)
