Real Ultimate Power was believed to be invented by ninjas somewhere around 8,000,000,000,000 B.C., at which time God gave them dominion over the universe. Real Ultimate Power was thought to be the greatest advantage the ninjas had against the pirates in the Pirate/Ninja Wars. Since then it has spread to other beings, inside the Gammasphere and outside it.
