Pie Emperors are the people in charge of the former Dark Side of Pie before the merger with the Pie Overlords to create the United Pie Nation. The Pie Emperors command a large array of advanced weaponry, most of which is stored in the Pi Vault. The Pie Emperors do not acknowledge the authority of the Overlords, however.
