The Law of Conservation of Mass states that the mass of a closed system of substances will remain constant, regardless of the processes acting inside the system. An equivalent statement is that matter changes form, but cannot be created or destroyed. This implies that for any chemical process in a closed system, the mass of the reactants must equal the mass of the products, or in other words, YOU CAN'T TRANSFORM INTO A POKEMORPH OR ANIMAL OR MERMAID OR SPYWARE OR WHATEVER, NO MATTER HOW MUCH YOU HATE BEING HUMAN, FOO!!
The Law of Conservation of Mass (or LoCoM) states that the mass of any given objects in the Gammasphere will always remain constant, or in other words, matter changes form, but cannot be created or destroyed.

This Law makes it impossible for people to turn into things, unless of course the end result would have the same mass as the original person. (not likely, lol)

The Law of Conservation of Mass always applies to people with Real Ultimate Power unless they don't want it to.

Exceptions
Like all good laws, there are a few cases to which it doesn't apply.

* Vampires and Werewolves are naturally excluded from the rule, though cannot spread their condition to other people while within the Gammasphere.
* Like most physics, this law is useless within a Death Nuke Reaction.
