Electric Bomb
Electric Bombs are like tiny, weak nukes. They are balls of condensed electricity, as small as Pocket Bombs. They float in the air, and can only be thrown by those who has Electricity. Some may even use static to move them, but it's risky. When it hits something-it's real easy for them to break-then they explode into a giant ball of electricity with a radius and power that depends on how good the person is good at making Electric Bombs, and how long they shoot electricity into the floating ball. The radius is usually about 20 feet big, but they are very dangerous.
