CATS is a cosmic tyrant from A.D. 2101, who arrived on earth in A.D. 2005. He is most known for his famous all your base are belong to us speech he gave to the Captain in A.D. 2101.
Here and Now
CATS will never give up on trying to take over all our base, but is also friends with Nemesis and Ragnarok, as well as administrator of Baseclub, a forum that is almost inactive.
Fights
CATS has been in several fights "base wars" with Nemesis, who was his former archrival.
